This dark red version is the Medium toughness level and is designed for moderate chewing. The pendant features large bumps on one side and small bumps on the other for varied tactile and oral sensory input.

Measuring approximately 6.47 cm long, 1.61 cm wide, and 1.31 cm thick, the Brick Stick® is shaped to reach the back molar area, where many users prefer to chew.
